• Prepares food in accordance with recipes and standards to meet production and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery with correct portions and serving temperature.
• Maintains cleanliness of the kitchen and storage areas according to safe food-handling procedures.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed.
• Assists in production planning, record keeping, and ordering of food and supplies.
• Follows HACCP standards and company policies to ensure safety and quality.
• Reports maintenance or safety issues to supervisor promptly.
