• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning and temperatures, ensuring food is attractive and tasty.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety in the kitchen and follows proper storage procedures.
• Assists in production planning, record keeping and reporting as required.
• Orders and receives all food and supplies as required.
• Follows HACCP standards and participates in safety meetings.
