Eye To Eye Careers is seeking a Full-time Comprehensive Cataract Ophthalmologist in Vienna, Virginia. The practice includes three ophthalmologists and one optometrist with a full support team and on-site surgery.

Office days see 25–30 patients; four days in clinic and one day for surgery weekly, with ASC-based surgeries and updated technology throughout the office.

Qualifications

• Must perform cataract surgery.

• See 10 patients per day on surgery days.

Full time Comprehensive Cataract Ophthalmologist - Vienna, Virginia

Join an established OD/MD practice focused on exceptional patient care! This collegial office is rapidly growing and has the ability for you to be busy day 1!

Job Details:

• This practice has 3 Ophthalmologists and 1 Optometrist and is rapidly growing
• Full support team including OD's, technicians and scribes
• See 25-30 patients a day on office days
• 4 days a week of office
• 1 day a week of surgery
• Surgeries are performed onsite in the ASC
• Annual Cataract volumes: 400-500
• 1 in 6 call schedule
• Updated technology throughout the office

Requirements:

• Our next doctor must do surgery
• On surgery days see 10 patients per day

Compensation:

• Opportunity to make up to $600,000 annually
• $350,000 or 33% of net collections

• Sign on bonus ( $70,000 total, $20,000 paid out and $50,000 in equity)
