Job summary

Town Village Vestavia Hills is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas, with a Sunday through Thursday schedule. You will follow procedures, support seniors with a compassionate approach, and report safety or maintenance needs to your supervisor.

Responsibilities include dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing bathrooms, and upholding infection control standards. This role offers full-time benefits and a team-oriented environment in a senior living

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, speak, and write in English.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Some hospitality or senior living experience helpful but not required.
• Complete all required employment screenings including background and drug tests.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Must enjoy working in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean all common spaces and resident rooms.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and infection control techniques.
• Dust and clean surfaces, furniture, and bathrooms.
• Vacuum, sanitize, and maintain cleanliness of floors and fixtures.
• Report maintenance and safety issues to supervisor.
