This position offers a starting pay of $17.71 per hour, along with comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, vision insurance, and generous paid time off. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and experience supporting individuals with disabilities is essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Capability to build a supportive and comfortable relationship with clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals in becoming as independent as possible.
• Document progress toward community integration.
• Drive individuals to medical appointments.
