Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a full-time housekeeper to provide cleaning services for residents and public areas at our Mesa community, with a Tuesday–Saturday schedule.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of housekeeping experience, strong communication and customer service skills, and the ability to work independently. We offer health and dental insurance, a 401(k), paid time off, and Day Pay options.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of housekeeping experience in a private or public setting, e.g. hotel or personal home.
• Clear and effective communication with residents, family members and other team members.
• Must be self-motivated, organized and professional; able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong customer service skills are required.
