Job summary

Hamilton Health Center is seeking a Dentist to provide comprehensive, patient-centered dental care in an ambulatory setting within our FQHC. The role emphasizes diagnosis, treatment planning, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include performing exams, preventive and restorative procedures, documenting in the EMR, and educating patients.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited program.
• Current or eligible Pennsylvania dental license.
• Active DEA registration (or ability to obtain).
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
• Provide preventive, restorative, and basic surgical procedures within scope.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR.
• Educate patients on oral health, treatment plans, and preventive care.
• Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and care team members.
• Refer patients to specialists as appropriate.
• Support continuity of care across departments.
