Job summary

Adelphoi is seeking a passionate Community Counselor to join our Family Relationship Coaching program in Bradford County. A Bachelor’s in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is preferred, with a commitment to youth and family well-being.

You’ll deliver prevention, intervention, and reintegration services, develop individualized treatment plans, provide supervision to parents during family visits, mentor caregivers in parenting, respond to crises, document accurately, and collaborate with

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
Strong communication and tech skills.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
Empathy, active listening, and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver prevention, intervention, and reintegration services to youth and families.
Develop and manage individualized treatment plans.
Provide supervision and oversight to parents and their children during family visits.
Mentor caregivers in parenting.
Respond to crises and maintain accurate documentation.
Collaborate with stakeholders and attend court hearings.
Uphold Trauma-Informed Care principles.
