Job summary

Buddy Brew Coffee in Tampa, FL is hiring a Delivery Driver to support Roastery and Commissary operations. The role involves transporting items between our locations, stocking, and assisting with light production tasks as needed.

Qualified candidates have a valid driver's license with a clean record, can lift up to 75 pounds, and are detail- and time-conscious. This full-time, on-site position offers a per-hour wage and benefits like health coverage and PTO.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work efficiently, follow procedures, and maintain accurate records.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
• Basic computer skills (Excel and Word a plus).

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently deliver products, ingredients, and supplies between Buddy Brew locations (Roastery, Commissary, WS Partners, and retail cafés).
• Load and unload items with care, ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliveries.
• Maintain delivery logs, routes, and any required documentation.
• Assist Roastery and Commissary teams with packaging, organizing, and staging items for delivery.
• Promote inventory accuracy and communicate any delivery or product discrepancies promptly.
• Operate within GMP and OSHA regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Support production facility upkeep as requested by the Director of Coffee.
