Qualifications

• Must hold current Nursing Assistant Certification in state employed.
• A minimum of three months' prior nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
• Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized attention and nursing care in accordance with resident Care Plan.
• Observe and report changes in resident conditions to Supervisor.
• Assist residents with daily living activities including grooming and feeding.
