Job summary

Universal Health Services, Inc. (Henderson Hospital) in Henderson, NV is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to perform patient care and related services in accordance with the Nevada Nurse Practice Act and under licensed nursing staff supervision.

The role requires completion of CNA certification, active Nevada CNA license, and current BLS certification. You must be able to provide age-appropriate care to patients on the assigned unit.

Qualifications

• Completion of education/experience necessary to obtain CNA Certification from Nevada State Board of Nursing.
• Current CNA license in the State of Nevada. Current BLS certification.
• Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit/department.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for performing patient care/service activities/procedures as outlined by the state board of nursing and within the Nevada Nurse Practice Act.
• Performs assigned duties under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.
