Job summary

Woodland Post-Acute in Woodland, CA is seeking CNAs for full-time roles across all shifts. CNAs will provide routine daily care to residents per care plans and under nurse supervision, helping with personal care, safety, and comfort.

Qualifications

• Active CNA license in good standing.
• Current BLS and CPR certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assists with patient personal care needs (bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, ambulation, transfers, positioning, etc.) as trained and in accordance with all safety and other regulations
• Aides with physician-ordered medications which are ordinarily self-administered (typically under the direction and supervision of a charge or Registered Nurse)
• Ensures patient safety and comfort in accordance with established policy and procedure
• Monitors and reports on the health conditions of assigned patients ensuring quality services are provided
