Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with personal cares and daily living activities.
• Support resident mobility and safety.
• Assist with meals and hydration.
• Monitor and report changes in resident conditions.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Support a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Administer medications according to state regulations and facility policies (CMA).
• Work closely with nurses and other care team members to deliver exceptional resident care.
