Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Massachusetts.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including feeding, bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Serve meals and provide nourishment between meals as needed.
• Safely ambulate, turn, and position residents.
• Observe and report any changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
