Responsibilities

• Wash all dishes, flatware, glassware, pots and pans in dishwashing machine or by hand.
• Polish silverware and serving wares; store dishes and wares properly.
• Wash stainless steel surfaces and kitchen equipment; clean storage areas.
• Empty trash, sweep and mop kitchen floors; maintain cleanliness of work areas.
• Assist in food preparation and stocking; support kitchen team as needed.
• Maintain regular and punctual on-site attendance.
