North 40 Outfitters in Spokane, WA (West Location) is looking for a Full-Time Clothing Associate to join our team. You will deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, suggest products, stock and merchandise, and maintain a clean, organized department while safeguarding assets.

Ideal candidates will have apparel retail experience and the ability to work flexible shifts Mon-Sat 7am–8pm and Sunday 9am–5pm, with lifting requirements and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in apparel departments.
• Ability to work all scheduled shifts Mon-Sat 7am–8pm and Sunday 9am–5pm.
• Ability to lift and carry 0–55 lbs, team lift over 55 lbs, and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and drive sales.
