Job summary

New Oakland Family Center is seeking a Testing Psychologist for a full‑time clinical role. You will conduct ADHD and Trauma testing, provide diagnostic clarity, and communicate findings to staff and clients in a supportive, HIPAA‑compliant setting.

Responsibilities include administering tests (WISC/WAIS/WIAT/WRAT/TAT), documentation, crisis intervention, and collaboration with medical directors. Travel between sites may be required; strong multitasking and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology is required.
• Active Michigan clinical licensure (LLP/LP preferred) with good standing.
• Experience working with diverse populations, including children.
• Professional liability insurance of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence and $3,000,000 aggregate.
• Valid Michigan driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Administer psychological assessments using approved instruments as prescribed.
• Interpret results and communicate findings to staff, clients, and stakeholders.
• Provide crisis intervention and participate in team collaborations and documentation.
• Offer intake coverage, evaluations, and individual, group or family sessions as needed.
• Ensure timely, accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies.
