Legacy Markets, LLC is hiring a Convenience Store Clerk to provide friendly, efficient service and keep the store clean, stocked, and welcoming for customers.

You will handle sales transactions, maintain product displays, and follow safety procedures while supporting a smooth shopping experience at our Anderson, SC location.

Formación

• Customer service or retail experience preferred; training may be provided.
• Ability to handle transactions accurately and use a point-of-sale system.
• Clear communication skills and a courteous, dependable approach to customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers, answer questions, and resolve routine concerns professionally.
• Operate the register and process cash, card, and other approved payments accurately.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays; rotate products and check for expired or damaged items.
• Maintain clean sales areas, restrooms, food-service areas, and exterior spaces as assigned.
• Prepare or replenish coffee, beverages, and other food-service items in accordance with store procedures.
• Verify identification for age-restricted sales and follow all applicable laws and store policies.
• Receive deliveries, check merchandise, and report discrepancies to management.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify management when items need to be reordered.
• Follow procedures for cash handling, loss prevention, food safety, and workplace safety.
• Complete opening, closing, and shift-change tasks as assigned.
• Work cooperatively with team members and assist with other store duties as needed.

Position summary
