Job summary

McKinney Excavating, Inc. is hiring a full-time Class A CDL Driver in East Tennessee. You will frequently operate dump trucks, fuel/lube trucks, and tractor-trailers to support heavy equipment and excavation operations.

The role requires a Class A CDL, a valid driver’s license, and a safe driving record. Candidates with at least 1 year of truck experience are preferred, and you’ll work Monday–Friday with 10-hour day shifts and home every night.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• 1 year of truck-driving experience is preferred.
• Clean and safe driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors around heavy construction equipment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate dump trucks, fuel/lube trucks, and tractor-trailers.
• Transport equipment, materials, fuel, and supplies as needed.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
• Follow all DOT, company, and jobsite safety requirements.
• Work closely with field and equipment teams.
