Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic in Houston, TX is seeking a dedicated Chiropractor for a part-time role. You will deliver routine chiropractic care in a convenient retail setting, focusing on improving lives through hands-on treatments and clear patient education.

The position offers a base pay range of $80K–$85K with a performance bonus and comprehensive benefits. Franchisee employer; travel is occasional as needed.

Qualifications

Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited chiropractic college.
Valid DC license in the applicable state.
Passing NBCE Parts I–IV (or recent SPEC exam).
Eligible for malpractice insurance.
Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset.

Responsibilities

Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories, examining, and evaluating neuromusculoskeletal systems.
Perform manual adjustments to the spine and other joints to correct musculoskeletal conditions.
Educate patients on the benefits of routine chiropractic care and recommend treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
Arrange for diagnostic imaging when medically necessary and analyze results.
Build positive doctor-patient relationships.
Support membership sales through care-focused conversations.
