The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a dedicated Chiropractor to join our clinic team in a full-time capacity, Monday through Friday, in Saugus, MA. This role focuses on delivering high-quality routine chiropractic care within a supportive, streamlined setting.

Responsibilities include patient consultations, spinal adjustments, treatment planning, and maintaining records. Compensation includes a starting salary of $87-95,000 with bonus potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited college.
• Valid DC license in the applicable state.
• Passing scores for NBCE Parts I–IV or recent SPEC exam.
• Eligibility for malpractice insurance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Perform manual adjustments to the spine and other joints to correct musculoskeletal conditions.
• Educate patients on the benefits of routine chiropractic care and recommend treatment plans.

• Arrange for diagnostic imaging when medically necessary and analyze results.
• Build positive doctor-patient relationships.
• Support membership sales through care-focused conversations.

Position Summary

Schedule

This role requires availability Monday-Friday with rare weekend coverage.
