Qualifications
- Doctor of Chiropractic degree and active Minnesota license or eligibility.
- Demonstrated clinical skills in patient assessment and spinal/extremity adjustments.
- Ability to develop evidence-informed treatment plans.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse patients.
- Experience documenting encounters and using EHR/practice software.
- Interest in health, wellness, and fitness with patient education.
- Professional, reliable, and committed to inclusive care.
- CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain; infection control familiarity.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient consultations and musculoskeletal assessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on histories.
- Deliver chiropractic adjustments and manual therapies.
- Educate on exercise, posture, ergonomics, nutrition, and lifestyle.
- Document all encounters accurately in EHR/PM software.
- Collaborate with team to coordinate patient care.
- Ensure safety, professionalism, and regulatory compliance.
- Support practice growth through positive patient experiences.
- Participate in local outreach or wellness events when possible.
