Job summary

The Joint Corp. in Tempe, AZ is seeking a dedicated Chiropractor to join our full-time clinic team. You will deliver routine chiropractic care, conduct exams, and develop treatment plans while building strong doctor-patient relationships.

This role requires a DC degree and valid state license, weekend availability, and offers a base salary of $80,000 DOE plus bonus potential, plus comprehensive benefits and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited college.
• Valid DC license in the applicable state.
• Passing scores for NBCE Parts I–IV or recent SPEC exam.
• Eligibility for malpractice insurance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories, examining, and evaluating neuromusculoskeletal systems
• Perform manual adjustments to the spine and other joints to correct musculoskeletal conditions
• Educate patients on the benefits of routine chiropractic care and recommend treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records
• Arrange for diagnostic imaging when medically necessary and analyze results
• Build positive doctor-patient relationships
• Support membership sales through care-focused conversations
