Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold CFI, CFII and MEI certificates in good standing.
• Current FAA Second-Class Medical Certificate maintained during employment.
• Willingness to work weekends and maintain high student pass rates.
• No outside employment without prior approval.

Responsibilities

• Conduct flight and ground instruction per FAA Part 61 & Part 141.
• Familiarize clients with training courses and policies via tours.
• Monitor student progress and report delays to Chief Flight Instructor.
• Maintain complete student records and paperwork accurately.
• Review and revise curricula, SOPs, and training materials as needed.
• Support marketing efforts and recruit prospective flight students.
• Assist with front desk duties and data collection activities.
• Participate in administrative meetings and recurrent training.
