Functional Pathways is seeking a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join the Lake Forest Place therapy team in Lake Forest, IL. The COTA will implement the plan of care established by the OTR/L and physician to deliver high-quality care in a serene, elegant setting.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assisting, active state licensure, and excellent organizational and communication skills.
