Job summary

Merrimack County Nursing Home in Boscawen, NH is hiring a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support our therapy team. The COTA will implement the plan of care developed by the OTR/L and physician, delivering high-quality care to residents and ensuring treatment goals are met.

This role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus for direct applicants and opportunities to grow within a supportive, resident-centered environment located in New Hampshire's Capital Region.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Certification and state licensure as required by state and national boards.
• Active state license.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with Functional Pathways policies and procedures.
• Completion of required screenings, certifications, and licensure; location varies.

Responsibilities

• Implement the plan of care established by the OTR/L and physician.
• Deliver high-quality therapeutic services to residents.
• Document progress and coordinate with the care team.
