Highlands Ranch Surgery Center is seeking a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our growing team. The CNA provides direct patient care under RN supervision in a Center of Excellence focused on quality, safety and compassionate care.

The role emphasizes patient comfort, safety and dignity during stay, with adherence to policies and infection prevention protocols in a collaborative environment. USD $20.00–$25.25 per hour, full benefits available.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential; able to provide direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as directed by the RN.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and mobility needs.
• Maintain patient comfort, dignity, and safety at all times.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team.
• Adhere to all departmental policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Follow established safety, environmental, and infection prevention protocols.
• Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented environment focused on high-quality patient care.
• Represent the facility with professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
