HealthMark Rehabilitation is seeking a Full-time CCC-Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or CFY to evaluate and treat residents at Hewitt Nursing & Rehabilitation near Waco, Texas. Qualifications

• Must hold Texas license for CCC-SLP.

• Experience in a geriatric rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Ability to function effectively in multi-faceted systems and to interact with staff and customers.

Responsibilities

• Provides therapy services in accordance with physician’s orders and accepted professional practices.
• Develops an overall plan of care with treatment frequency and discharge goals.
• Performs skilled treatments according to the plan of care.
• Documents observations and patient progress within required timeframes.
• Completes all required documentation and billing on time.
• Maintains rehab gym equipment and treatment area with infection control practices.
