Responsibilities

• Performs sales transactions in a timely fashion.
• Enters all sales into the cash register to ensure purchases are accurately recorded.
• Makes change, accepts cards and other forms of payment; issues receipts to customers.
• Follows procedures for issuing cash refunds.
• Interacts with customers and resolves complaints in a friendly manner.
• Maintains cash drawer in accordance with overage/shortage standards.
• Replenishes supplies and keeps service areas clean.
• Keeps pastry case stocked and ensures sanitation standards.
