You will build relationships with residents and families, maintain care records, and report changes to the nursing team while supporting residents with memory impairments. The role includes paid training and internal mobility opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent.
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or memory-related conditions (preferred).
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
• Effective communicator in verbal and written English.
• Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs).
• Comfortable working around animals and pets.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Schedule: Full Time, NOC shift, 4 days on / 2 days off

Anticipated pay range: $17 USD - $18 USD
