Job summary

Caring Life Services is seeking an attentive caregiver to join our team in Hellertown, PA. The caregiver will follow a daily care schedule, assist with ADLs/IADLs, and report changes in a client's condition to ensure safety and comfort.

Ideal candidates are patient, empathetic, and have strong people skills, able to provide companionship, and follow health and safety guidelines while respecting client independence.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• PA Driver's License/PA ID is required; no out-of-state IDs.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow health and safety guidelines.
• TB test prior to working with clients.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist with mobility and daily activities.
• Prepare meals and snacks for clients.
• Light housekeeping to support home safety.
• Medication reminders for clients.
• Provide companionship and positive social interaction.
• Assist with toileting and all ADLs/IADLs as needed.
