Babette Home Care, LLC in Boston, MA is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to support seniors and individuals with disabilities with compassionate, reliable in-home care. You will assist with daily activities, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, and companionship to promote independence.

The ideal candidate is patient, respectful, and safety-conscious, with prior caregiver experience preferred, CPR/first aid helpful, and a willingness to collaborate with families and care teams.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is preferred
• First aid and CPR certified preferred
• Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills
• Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects
• Compassionate, respectful, ethical
