Job summary

hce-careers is seeking a Full-Time In-Home Senior Caregiver to provide personal care, meal prep, and companionship in clients’ homes. CHHA certification is required; training is available if not yet certified. The role offers flexible shifts, competitive pay, and opportunities for advancement with a supportive team.

You will work under an employee-first culture with weekly pay, training and development, and resources to ensure client safety, privacy, and dignity in daily living activities.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving, HHA, or related experience is preferred.
• Current CHHA certification is required.
• Not certified yet? We offer CHHA training through our own program.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and safe mobility.
• Prepare simple meals and maintain a clean, safe living environment.
• Provide timely medication reminders and observe/report health changes.
• Offer companionship and accompany appointments or errands.
• Support transfers and basic mobility assistance as directed.

What You’ll Do

Personal Care & Dignity

Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and safe mobility while preserving dignity and respect.

Meal Preparation & Household Support

Prepare simple, nutritious meals and help maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment.

Medication & Wellness Support

Provide timely medication reminders and observe/report basic health changes.

Companionship & Engagement

Offer meaningful conversation, games, walks, and accompaniment to appointments or errands.

Mobility & Exercise Assistance

Support stretches and physical therapy routines as directed by healthcare professionals.

What You Bring
