Visiting Angels Marble Falls is seeking a dedicated Full Time Caregiver to provide compassionate in-home care for seniors in the Marble Falls area. You will support clients with daily activities, mobility, meals, and transportation while offering companionship and ensuring safety.

This role offers opportunities for ongoing training in dementia and Alzheimer’s care, with a strong emphasis on community involvement and personal growth within a trusted local team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Help clients take prescribed medications and assist with ambulation.
• Assist with personal care and daily activities.
• Prepare meals with client input and assist with dining.
• Plan and assist with light housekeeping and laundry tasks.
• Provide companionship and ensure client safety.
• Escort clients to appointments and activities.
• Record incidents and report changes in health or behavior.
• Support clients in mobility and daily routines.
• Respond quickly and appropriately in emergencies.

Full Time Caregiver Responsibilities

• Help clients take prescribed medication
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks, etc.)
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
• Help clients with routine exercises
• Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the clients (when they are able)
• Do the client’s shopping or accompany them when they shopPerform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own
• Be a pleasant and supportive companion
• Report any unusual incidents
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

Full Time Caregiver Requirements
