Job summary

Lansing Care and Rehab in Lansing, KS is hiring a Full-time Housekeeping Staff to join our team. You will clean resident rooms, restrooms, hallways and common areas with attention to detail and a warm, friendly demeanor.

This position offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability coverage, FSA, a 401(k), PTO, life insurance, CEU reimbursement and Daily Pay option. Schedule: 8-hour shifts Mon–Tue–Wed and every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Housekeeping experience preferred but not required. Willingness to learn as needed.
• Solid communication skills, attention to detail and multitasking.
• Ability to read, write and speak English sufficient to interact with residents, vendors and team members.

Responsibilities

• You clean the resident rooms, restrooms, hallways and common areas.
• Ensure quality and deep cleaning for residents' rooms after discharge and prepare rooms for new admissions.
• Comply with applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations, and company policies and procedures.
• Provide warm, friendly customer service and build relationships with residents, their families, visitors and colleagues.
