Qualifications

• Prior dishwasher experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, equipment and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition.
• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or uses dishwashing machine.
• Washes pots, pans and trays, maintains sanitation and cleanliness of work areas.
• Polishes silver using appropriate equipment and procedures to ensure cleanliness.
• Keeps dish area orderly and adheres to safety standards.
