In this role you will handle inbound/outbound calls and chats, understand customer needs, promote products, and maintain detailed records, with opportunities for growth and a competitive hourly wage with uncapped bonuses.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous sales or call center experience preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound and make outbound calls, and chat inquiries to potential and existing customers promoting products and services.
• Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions to boost sales.
