Job summary

Community Spirit Bank in Fulton, MS is seeking a Full-Time Business Development Officer/Lender to drive loan growth and cross-sell banking products. You will build relationships with individuals, families, farmers, and businesses to originate and manage a diverse loan portfolio.

The role requires lending acumen, credit analysis, and the ability to navigate local markets; travel locally is expected, and a bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications
