Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer and builder support by phone and email.
• Process orders and prepare quotes using QuickBooks.
• Answer product and installation questions.
• Follow up with customers and resolve order-related issues.
• Coordinate with sales, purchasing, warehouse teams, vendors, and manufacturers.
• Maintain accurate customer records and project information.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
