Job summary

Magical Moments ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop and supervise ABA programs for clients with ASD. You will write BIPs, collect data, monitor progress, and supervise RBTs and BCBA candidates both in person and via video calls.

Ideal candidates hold a BCBA and a Master’s in ABA, and are willing to obtain licensure in GA, VA, or IN. The role emphasizes collaboration with families and professionals, with strict adherence to BACB standards.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis required.
  • BCBA certification required.
  • Willing to obtain LBA licensure in GA, VA, or IN.
  • Experience providing services to individuals with ASD.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and write individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment results.
  • Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans.
  • Monitor client progress, behavior changes, and adjust programs to maximize positive outcomes.
  • Supervise clients, RBTs, and BCBA candidates in-person and/or remotely through video calls.
  • Create specific, observable, and measurable goals for families and staff to implement.
  • Collaborate with families, staff and other professionals to create a supportive environment for behavior change.
  • Clinically review assigned RBT session notes on a regular basis.
  • Conduct training for caregivers/family members to ensure consistency and generalization of skills across all environments.
  • Maintain open and effective communication with clients, families and staff.
  • Ensure all clinical documentation is completed in a timely manner and in compliance with ethical guidelines and BACB standards.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including progress notes, reports, and data sheets.

Pay rate:

  • Hourly: $80-105/hour
  • Salary: 90K-105K/year

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Job Description:

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Must be willing to obtain LBA in GA, VA or IN if not already licensed
  • Experience providing services to individuals with ASD
