Job summary

Northeast Family Services is hiring a Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Massachusetts. The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, provide family consultations and supervise staff, with a focus on skill acquisition and reducing maladaptive behavior.

Qualifications include a Master’s or PhD in Behavior Analysis, current BCBA certification, and at least two years of related clinical experience, with Spanish bilingual ability preferred.

  • Able to work mornings, after school, and evenings.

Full-Time weekly billable minimum only 26 hours!!!

TheBCBAwill be responsible for the completion of behavioral assessments, development of treatment plans, provision of family consultations and trainings, supervision of behavior technicians, and direct treatment with a focus on skill acquisition and maladaptive behavior reduction. The BCBA is responsible for completing all required documentation pursuant to ongoing treatment, including, but not limited to the development of instructional programs; data collection, graphing and analysis; writing of progress reports; and development of behavior support plans.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or PhD, with completion of BACB-approved behavior analytic coursework
  • Current BCBA certification, and in good standing with the BACB
  • Current LABA preferred
  • Bilingual -Spanish
  • Minimum of two years of related clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults with Autism, Developmental Disabilities, and/or behavior challenges.
  • Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
  • Availability to work morning, after school, and evening hours
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
  • Experience in applied settings, developing and implementing behavioral interventions preferred
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • A compassionate approach to care
  • Experience administering functional behavior assessments and behavior skills assessments
  • Proficient with word processing and graphing software
  • Current with best practices and developments within the field of ABA

  • Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions

Compensation:

  • Full-Time: salary $65,000 to $75,000 (Incentive Rate $55/hour over productivity)
