Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Frisco, TX is hiring Behavior Technicians (RBT required) to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years in our daytime ABA program. This full-time role offers predictable hours, on-site work, and growth opportunities.

You will follow treatment plans, collect data, and help kids learn through play, movement, reading, and hands-on activities while joining a supportive team. Benefits include health coverage, paid holidays, and ongoing RBT training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• High school diploma required; further education preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and engage young children safely.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality essential.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Team-oriented with flexibility to support nearby ABC clinics.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one teaching to children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow individualized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Remain active and attentive during therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on child growth and success.
