Compass Group is seeking a Full-time Bartender at Delta MCI in Kansas City, MO. The role requires open availability and weekend shifts to serve guests at the bar area with friendly and timely beverage service.

Responsibilities include setting up bars, stocking supplies, greeting guests, processing orders, checking IDs, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience required.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to liquor regulations regarding minors and intoxicated guests.
• Sets up bars and stocks beer, wine, spirits, glassware, garnishes and condiments.
• Maintains stock and freshness of garnishes, juices and perishable items.
• Greets guests politely.
• Takes and processes drink orders; mixes and presents drinks with standard recipes.
• Checks identification for guests at the bar.
• Responds to signs of intoxication per policy.
• Processes payments and handles cash accurately.
• Locks up and secures beverages, cash, and equipment.
• Keeps area clean and organized and maintains health standards.
• Maintains attractive bottle and glass displays.
• Washes and sterilizes stemware.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
