Bass Pro Shops in Sayreville, NJ is seeking a full-time bartender to join our brand-new restaurant inside the store. You will craft drinks quickly while upholding bar cleanliness and guest service. You will learn the bar systems, menu, and responsible alcohol service; greet guests, take orders, and ensure accurate POS transactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience as a bartender, barista, and/or in food preparation.
• Strong customer service and cash-handling skills.
• Willingness to learn and work as a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet bar guests promptly and take beverage orders.
• Prepare drinks per established guidelines and maintain bar cleanliness.
• Record orders, enter into POS, and deliver beverages to guests.
• Monitor drinks and anticipate guest re-orders.
• Handle cash, balance drawer, and close out transactions.
• Assist servers and manage to-go orders as needed.
