As a Craft Cocktail Bartender you will handcraft innovative and classic beverages while delivering impeccable service. Key Responsibilities
- Craft Beverage Creation: Prepare a wide variety of drinks using precise techniques and quality ingredients, emphasizing house‑made syrups, fresh juices, and garden‑sourced herbs.
- Signature Cocktail Innovation: Contribute to a rotating menu of daily craft cocktails that reflect seasonal inspirations and personal creativity.
- Guest Engagement: Welcome guests warmly, take orders enthusiastically, and offer personalized drink suggestions to create memorable, tailored experiences.
- Bar Organization & Inventory: Keep the bar clean, orderly, and fully stocked; assist with ordering and maintaining bar supplies, including fresh herbs and cocktail ingredients.
- Menu & Specials Knowledge: Stay informed on featured cocktails, special ingredients, and unique offerings to promote them effectively and enhance the guest experience.
- Cleanliness & Safety: Adhere to food and beverage safety standards, ABC regulations, and maintain a hygienic, inviting bar workspace throughout each shift.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in pre‑shift meetings to stay updated on specials and contribute ideas for new cocktail concepts or guest engagement strategies.
- Compliance & Reporting: Follow all ABC laws and company policies regarding responsible alcohol service and gratuity reporting.

Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED). 1–3 months of related bartending or mixology experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
