Job summary

Eurest is hiring a full-time barista at Avnet HQ in Tempe, AZ. The shift is Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. No experience is required as we will train the right candidate, and immediate employment is available.

You will make and serve coffee and espresso drinks, handle food items per HACCP standards, and interact with customers in a friendly, efficient manner. POS operation, cash handling, and maintaining a clean, organized service area are essential.

Qualifications

• No experience is necessary; training will be provided.
• Willing to train the right candidate for barista tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepares espresso orders for customers using standard measures and recipes.
• Enters orders into POS device; accepts cash and card payments.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the service area; replenishes condiments and supplies.
• Ensures proper presentation and serving temperatures per HACCP guidelines.
• Greets customers and assists in the buying decision-making process.
