Job summary

Canteen is hiring for full-time Barista positions at CPCC Harper Campus, Charlotte, NC. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 2:30 pm. A minimum of one year barista experience is required and the pay range is $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, with potential bonuses.

We offer holiday and vacation pay along with a quarterly bonus opportunity. This role involves making espresso drinks, handling food items, and serving customers with friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous 1 year of barista experience required.
• Full-time availability, Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 2:30 pm.
• Ability to serve customers and handle payments.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Makes and serves coffee and espresso drinks and related foods.
• Enters orders into POS device and processes cash/credit payments.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the service area and equipment.
• Ensures proper serving temperatures and HACCP compliance.
• Greet customers and provide friendly service to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in displaying and merchandising display items per standards.
