Job summary

Eurest is hiring a full-time barista at Integra - 1100 Campus Road, Princeton, NJ. You will make coffee and espresso drinks and related food items, following HACCP guidelines and maintaining quality service for customers.

Responsibilities include taking orders, entering them into the POS, processing payments, restocking, and keeping the area clean and well-presented. Experience is required. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:30 am–3:30 pm.

Responsibilities

• Prepares espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes.
• Enters orders accurately into POS device; accepts cash and charge payments.
• Replenishes condiments, beverages and supplies; maintains cleanliness of service area.
• Ensures proper presentation, portion control and serving temperatures; follows HACCP standards.
• Maintains sanitation and orderliness of equipment, supplies and utensils.
• Greets customers courteously and supports selling through effective communication.
