Job summary

Rosetta Bakery is seeking a Full-Time Barista to join our team. You will prepare and serve coffee and specialty beverages to brand standards, warm and present bakery items, and operate café equipment in a fast-paced setting.

You will greet customers, take orders, handle transactions using a POS, and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Weekly direct deposit, tips, and PTO accrual are part of the role as described.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, and other specialty beverages to company standards.
• Warm, plate, and present bakery items according to brand guidelines.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and other café equipment.
• Maintain knowledge of the full menu and seasonal offerings.
• Greet customers, take orders, and handle cash/credit transactions using POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and customer areas.
• Restock cups, utensils, milk, syrups, and other supplies as needed.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and setup.
• Collaborate with team members and support back-of-house operations when needed.
• Provide friendly, efficient service and resolve customer concerns with professionalism.
