Job summary

Eurest in Bothell, WA is hiring immediately for a full-time Barista at the Pfizer site. Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:30 am–4:00 pm. Requires at least 1 year of experience with a manual espresso machine and basic food service experience. You will prepare espresso drinks and related items, handle POS transactions, keep service areas clean, and follow HACCP guidelines.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience with a manual espresso machine.
Basic food service experience required.

Responsibilities

Prepares espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes.
Enters orders accurately into POS device; accepts cash and charge payments.
Replenishes condiments, beverages and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service area.
Ensures proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of proper serving temperatures; follows HACCP standards.
Maintains sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils.
Keeps display equipment clean and free of debris during meal service.
Greets customers courteously and interacts to ensure customer satisfaction; relays concerns to supervisors.
Serves customers quickly and efficiently, and prevents delays in serving lines.
Demonstrates understanding of daily menu items and explains them to customers.
